The building features a covered outdoor area which keeps produce protected from the hot sun while still allowing it to fully ripen. The main part of the building is insulated and keeps locally grown produce and meats as well as other items cool inside. The market features an easy clean-up concrete floor, large front windows and doors, and a wide-open interior with large bins/trays for holding the produce.
